旅先で訪れた小さな美術館で、ふと目を奪われた一枚の古いタペストリー。
自由にうねるアラベスクの装飾が、まるで生きているように布の上を泳いでいました。

このリングは、その記憶の中のモチーフを手元にとどめたくて生まれたものです。
中心に配したエメラルドを起点に、風のように流れる曲線。

両脇に添えた色石は、コントラストではなく“対話”のように響き合いながら、全体にリズムを与えています。

小さな造形の中に流れるような動きと、手仕事ならではの柔らかさを込めました。
立体的に仕立てることにより、生き生きとした曲線を表現しました。
