Flow of delivery
Once we receive your order, our craftsmen will carefully craft each item in our domestic workshop, so it will take approximately two months for delivery.
*Please note that we may take longer than usual during certain periods, such as the New Year holidays and Obon holidays.
Once you have added the product you want to your cart, proceed to checkout and complete the payment. Please be careful not to make any mistakes with the size, etc.
After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email.
(If there is a delay in delivery, we may contact you by email.)
Once the product has been shipped, we will send you a shipping email containing the parcel number, delivery status, etc.
We will deliver the product to the address you specified when purchasing. If you do not receive the product within the storage period, it will be returned to our store, so please receive it. (Please note that the storage period at our store after the product is returned is 3 months.)
